These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WayfinderLaunch.com and any services purchased from Wayfinder Launch ("we," "us," or "Wayfinder"). By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Free Previews

We may build a working website preview for your business before you've paid anything, so you can see what we'd deliver. Previews are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. We reserve the right to take down or reuse any preview that doesn't result in a purchase.

Our Services

Our standard package includes a one-time website build fee of $399, followed by a $49/month Total Peace-of-Mind Plan covering hosting, domain and SSL renewal, regular backups, and up to 30 minutes of text or photo updates per month. We build lean by default, so most sites are naturally resistant to the exploits that hit typical small-business websites. Custom features, additional pages, or expanded scope are quoted separately and privately.

Turnaround times (such as our "48 hours" estimate) reflect typical delivery once you've approved your preview and provided any requested materials (photos, business details, etc.). Actual timelines may vary based on scope and responsiveness.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. The one-time build fee is due before your final website is launched on your domain. The monthly Care Plan is billed automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly Care Plan at any time. Your website will remain live through the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will be taken offline. Upon request, we will provide a full backup of your website files so you can host it elsewhere — you are never locked into our platform.

Ownership

Once your one-time build fee is paid in full, the website content and design created for your business are yours. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Domain Registration

We register a standard domain name for your business as part of your $399 build fee, typically costing $10–$15/year. If your preferred domain is a premium listing priced above approximately $25, we'll let you know the additional cost before purchasing anything — you're never charged extra without knowing first. If you already own a domain, we're happy to connect your existing domain to your new site at no additional cost.

While your domain is registered under our account, it's held on your behalf for as long as your plan is active. If you cancel or request it at any time, we'll transfer the domain into your name at no additional cost.

What's Not Included

Our packages do not include third-party subscriptions or licenses you choose to add, or work outside the agreed scope. Anything beyond your plan's included monthly update time is quoted separately.

No Guarantee of Results

While we build every site to be fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-conscious, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volume, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Wayfinder Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
